*Session fees cover the first 5 people being photographed (including pets). An additional $10 will be applied for each person/pet above that.
*Images will be sent to the client digitally via Smugmug. All professionally edited, high resolution images will be included. You will receive both a link to download the zip file and a link to share with family and friends. You may order prints directly through Smugmug or print through the company of your choice.
*Andrea Nyberg Photography retains copyright to all photographs and will use images for advertising, display or any other purpose thought proper by the photographer, including Facebook and the ANP Blog. If I provide handmade props, I request permission to offer a photo to the business that provided it to use for their advertising. I only work with business partners who I know and trust. If you have any questions or concerns, please explain in the comments section.
*All deposits are non-refundable.
*If the balance has been paid and the photographer fails to appear at the agreed time and location, the balance will be refunded to the client.
*The client is responsible for any additional costs such as parking and travel fees or any other reasonable costs necessary for services.
*I hereby grant you, the client, full rights to all photographs for which you’ve paid. This is for personal use only and includes printing, sharing online or making photo gifts.
**As a professional courtesy, please give photo credit to Andrea Nyberg Photography when sharing images online with friends and family.
***Turnaround time for portraits is 2-3 weeks. Large events, such as weddings and receptions, require a longer turnaround time of 6-8 weeks.
